I had a page in my tree that had this same issue. I think I may have created a child page under it at one point, and then either moved that page to a different location or deleted the child page.

To resolve the issue, I:

  1. Moved another page to be a child of this page.
  2. Collapsed and then expanded the tree on this page to see the page I moved listed as a child.
  3. Moved the page back to its original location. The indicator in the page tree changed back to a dot.

Welcome to the page @이진규_기간계시스템개발팀_ !

This page is a parent page, where the child pages are the dotted ones. In order for this to be dotted, you need to have a parent page where this page will be included in it.
