How to reference current page title in filter in Insert 'Activity Stream' macro?

I would like to obtain the latest comment from JIRA issue using the Insert 'Activity Stream macro. As I would like to include this within a template for users, it is necessary to place a reference within the macro for the page title. I would greatly appreciate if someone would be able to assist with this. Thank you in advance.
