How to publish a draft document

I've created a document. It is in Draft status. I want to publish it for others to read but there's no Publish button or anything I can find. How does one publish a draft document in Confluence?

Hi Vitor-

Thanks for the quick response. I realized what happened. On a Mac, if you double-tap the mouse, it zooms the page a bit (which, for my old eyes, is a very handy feature). So I was looking at the page slightly zoomed and the Publish button was off the page to the right. I know I've seen that Publish button before but that's why I was mystified why it no longer appeared.
