How to mention user on the new Confluence Cloud page created with REST API

The main question why not rendered mention when I am trying to put user mention in wiki format, [~sysdev] or [~sysdev@domain.name] or [~atlassian_user_id]

This is currently not possible on cloud.

The format you are mentioning is only for Seerver/DC.

There is an open issue on the topic: CONFCLOUD-75596
