How to make remote issue links show up on Subtasks

None of my remote issue links are showing up on sub-task issues. I'm trying to add links to Confluence pages, and they are clearly there if I look at the remotelink API endpoint for my sub-task issue, and the addition is also recorded in the activity tab on the card. The linked Jira issue also appears on the associated page in Confluence.

Is this a bug, or is there something easy I'm missing about enabling a view of remote links on sub-tasks?

I am not completely following your question. You have a Sub-task in Jira that has a remote link? Can you share a screenshot of that? And you are wanting that link to show up in Confluence for that Sub-task? Can you share a screenshot from Confluence of the Sub-task?
