How to list which spaces a group can access on Confluence Cloud

Question

For auditing and administration purposes I'd like to be able to see which spaces a group can access.

Since it's not possible to directly access the DB to query it, I'm asking if there's any third-party app for this? Any recommendations are welcome.

Unfortunately there is not an app, at least that I know of, and you can not use the API to pull the information.  You should vote for this feature here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-42853
