How to import Questions? What delimiter should I use?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I want to read the details of the product 'Questions'. When I click on 'Export', I get a .csv file but what delimiter should I use? It now looks like this and this is wrong, it's because it uses a delimiter which is also in the questions themselves:
