Hello,
I do understand Confluence has limited formatting capabilities by design, I'm instead interested simply in having feedback of the formatting already in place to adjust as needed.
Is there such a way to turn on some sort of visual queues for the formatting in place (akin to "formatting marks" in Microsoft Word)?
I'm mainly looking for symbology on blank paragraphs/lines and/or text styles/font size indicators.
Thank you very much.
Hi @Nuno Relvão
Welcome to the community.
No there is not such option in Confluence.
You could look at this Free app, it might help you; https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227501/storage-format-editor-for-confluence-free?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Hello, Marc
Appreciate the reply! It's unfortunate there is no such feature, if feedback is welcomed, this would certainly be something which I'd highlight.
While precise formatting might not be a high priority by importance for collaboration spaces, as soon as Confluence may be used for slightly more static documentation, like a guide, it could be useful (mainly the 2 features I mentioned above : the blank paragraph and font size).
And perhaps it could be high on a prioritisation simply for being a quick-win if it would turn out being low-effort and it's a pretty visible and empowering improvement.
In any case I will try to use the app you're recommending and check if it may support my current aims.
Thank you!
