How to get rid of external Confluence site in my account

At some point or another I've tested something related to Bob Swift Atlassian apps.  And now the site bobswift.atlassian.net is added as a Confluence site in my account.  How can I get rid of this?

Hello, I have exactly the same with brikit, and can't get rid.

It seems that whenever you create a support ticket on someone else's Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Desk instance, Atlassian conveniently add that instance to the hamburger menu.

There appears to be no way to get rid of these entries.
