How to fix a broken Dashboard

***Note: I am new to Jira/Confluence and was left to work this alone***

Our servers crashed and we managed to get everything back up. We restarted the Confluence/Jira services and the site came back up but it does not load correctly. Everything is appearing on the left-hand side and displays UNCLASSIFIED // FOUO in the center. I would like to think that something with Java is not right but I am not sure how to fix the issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your servers.  Can you share a screenshot? How did you recover?  Have you tried clearing the browsers cache to make sure that is not the issue?

It's a whole ordeal but once our servers crashed our Confluence ended up with corrupt files that needed to be repaired using the fsck command to repair some system files. Then we could not get into them because we had no passwords nor was left any documentation on the systems. So it has been fun. Yes, the cache has been cleared but it is every user in the organization that is getting this page once they log in. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Shani Y. Are you seeing any errors in Confluences logs?  Also do you still have an active license?  If you do you should submit a support ticket with a support zip to Atlassian so they can analyze it.  Looks like none of the styles are applying.  Does it look the same on all pages and in the admin section of the site?

All of the pages look this way after the server crashed. I will have to inquire about the license question but I hope so.

The only error is to your crowd connection so whatever is happening is not showing up in the logs at least that I can see.  I am wondering if some core files are missing from the home directory.  I wonder if you could do a fresh install of the version you are on and compare your home directory to the fresh install directory.
