How to enable workflow in confluence without using external plugin

Hi All,

We are planning to enforce status based on roles and publish the page when it is approved by certain role.

Is there any way we can achieve this without using any external plugin.

Hi @ssam 

with automation and status you should be good to go. (In my case I created a ticket and the users that shall review are automaticly assigned but you can inform them via Mail/Message or let them have a view on all pages in that status.

and then you do something like
