How to embed draw io with xml or any type in a confluence page via RestAPI

I'm creating a dynamic draw.io diagram and embedding it into a Confluence page via REST API. Could you share a solution and a sample code, please?

I am not sure this is possible, I believe draw io needs to be accessed via the ui utillizing this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211413/draw-io-diagrams-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
