I want to share read-only access to my space on Confluence with an anonymous user. However, I don't want them to export the page to either PDF or Word. Is there an option to disable the export while letting the user read the page?
If someone can see the page, he will able to take a screenshot or use the browser's "save as" feature or print the page to PDF. You can't disable those.
I mean even if you could somehow disable exports with a Confluence feature, there would be several easy-to-do tricks to export the page to PDF, Word, image, etc. Again, the anonymous can just copy-paste the page content wherever he wants...
Thanks, @Aron Gombas _Midori_, for the response. I did try multiple ways to disable the export option to anonymous users but with no luck. We can disable the export options, but it applies to all users, including the administrator.
