How to customize Quick Template Row found at the bottom of blank page?

I am trying to figure out how to customize which templates show up as "quick selects" at the bottom of an empty page when I create a new page. I can't even figure out what the section is called. When I inspected the page the element is:

• blank-page-quick-actions-container
  • bpqa-quick-template-row
  • info-panel-quick-action-card

Here is a screenshot, I am talking about this section at the bottom:

Can anybody provide me some guidance or links to docs that explain this? Thanks in advance, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for raising this question on Atlassian Community.

At this moment it is not possible to customize which templates are shown at the bottom of a new page. 

We've been tracking a similar request below but haven't decided on a course of action just yet but we'd love to hear feedback from our customers to investigate this possibility further.

Might these be promoted templates? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/promote-a-template/ 

Can you try to promote another template and see if that makes it appear in the part of the page you're indicating?

We went through and "unpromoted" all of the Templates other than the one we wanted, but that didn't seem to make a difference.
