How to create a new blog

Hi, I am trying to create a new blog post on my space. Unfortunately, I coudn't find the "create a new blog" button. 

Can someone help me out with this?

Hello!

I'm guessing you need a template to start blogging-style documentation, is that it ?!

If so, you can create a blank page and choose the template that best suits your writing style. Maybe searching for "blog" can help you.

What I mean is this part, below. I want to use this blog to communicate with my team on what's new. I tried 3 hours to figure this out, but I couldn't  :(
