We need the ability to change keyboard shortcuts. Our team went from a self-managed data center to Confluence Cloud. The previous version had good, meaningful shortcuts like "Ctrl+B" for a bulleted list. The new Cloud version forces the shortcut to "Ctrl+Shift+8". This new shortcut is annoying, too many keys, and requires both hands.
I've been unsuccessful finding any documentation on changing shortcuts in the Cloud version. Just the following page that just tells you what the current shortcuts are

Please help!
Hi @Joshua Temple ,
these cannot be configured unfortunately. I did check for suggestions in JAC but most refer to won't fix - https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20%22Confluence%20Cloud%22%20and%20text%20~%20%22change%20keyboard%20shortcuts%22
Thanks for the quick response. I opened a new ticket here:

If you're using Windows, you can use PowerToys' Keyboard Manager to remap shortcuts.
For example, I remapped ALT+C to SHIFT+CTRL+M (so that I could apply code font to a selection without having to stretch my hand too far).
I'm sure other platforms have keyboard remapping capability.
