I’m curious to know if there is a way to add an existing customer facing knowledge base article link as a card within another article being updated without having to visit the customer KB portal and copy the customer facing URL?
When I use the copy link function from the internal Knowledge Base Space, the URL copied is restricted to internal users only. It would be great if the customer facing link was also available on the internal side to facilitate a smoother updating process with less clicks. Maybe it is? If so, could someone please guide through the process?
