How do you use Lucid Spark Integration to enable expand view?

Hello,
I would like to understand why my confluence links, when pasted into Lucid Chart/Spark, do not display the expand option. My team enjoys how we can edit/view confluence documents without leaving Lucid Chart.
Lately, my embedded links are unable to do that, and it is only displaying the Atlassian thumbnail. Any insight on how to fix this?
I have tried customer service from Lucid Spark, but no answers.
