We have usually had no problems with the app Smartdraw which is linked to our confluence page, however when I now load our confluence page our Smrtdraw diagrams are not loading.
It says App is not responding.
- I have double checked the licensing.
- Cleared the cache
- Smartdraw application is working on its main domain/website.
