Hi,
I want to use custom backup. I have confluence version 3.5.x.
So, how do i get editing file confluence.cfg.xml? Maybe i have to use SSH but how?

You're using hosted Confluence. I'd submit a support request with your host provider to ask for details to do this.
You'll need to SSH into the box hosting your confluence instance and then edit the file...
Try looking in: ../your_confluence_distribution/data/confluence.cfg.xml

Sorry, I don't understand.
Can I use putty with SSH? What is the address where i should connect?
And what kind of password I should use, perhaps the same as I login confluence or confluence admin password?
Our confluence address is https://4hintra.onconfluence.com/.
Sorry my bad english.
