I have a set of software requirements in Jira, say, like this:
Req. ID | Name | Description
---------|-----------|------------------------------------------------
MY_ID_01 | Something | A long description covering several paragraphs
MY_ID_02 | Blah | Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur ...
What I can find on tabulating Jira issues in Confluence suggests that I am limited to that line-by-line format, but what I actually want is the layout below, where each issue is formatted by field, and follows issue by issue.
How do I set this up?
A long description covering several paragraphs.

Hi @Jack White ,
there isn't an OOTB solution for this and unsure if there is an exact match with add-on app. I found this one that looks interesting- requirements-yogi-for-jira .
