The screenshot in another answer seems to suggest it would sync changes once you're back online. That's pretty common for Cloud-based platforms.
Is this not happening once you reconnect to the internet?

Try using a different browser, clear the cache and start the incognito mode. If everything is good with your internet connection, this issue can be solved with the options mentioned before.

tried using edge and chrome and still the same issue. Internet is good since I am using corporate network
