How do I sync offline changes on database(beta)

Databases are cloud only, and have no concept of "offline".
I am always getting this prompt and any updates I make is not visible to my team

Try using a different browser, clear the cache and start the incognito mode. If everything is good with your internet connection, this issue can be solved with the options mentioned before.
tried using edge and chrome and still the same issue. Internet is good since I am using corporate network
Like @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- said, databases are cloud only, there is no concept of the offline mode. The issue that you are facing may only be a temporary one, if everything else is working like you have mentioned.
The screenshot in another answer seems to suggest it would sync changes once you're back online. That's pretty common for Cloud-based platforms.
Is this not happening once you reconnect to the internet?
