Hi,
if we deleted an Account in the Atlassian Administrator part. How can I make the account "invisible" or at least unrecognizeable also in the history of sites?
Hi @Noemi Degasperi and welcome to the community,
If you delete a managed account in cloud, this user will appear as "Former User" erasing all connection to its name. You will not be able to restore it if this account is permanently deleted.
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- thank you for your quick answer.
We already deleted this account and it doesn't appear in the user list anymore.
But in many confluence pages (in the history of the pages) it appears the account as a "unlicensed user" (but incl. name of the person plus foto).
We would like to change this, so that the person behind the deleted account isn't recognizeable anymore.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You have to wait till the user is deleted completed. If you see the user as "under deletion", then the user is not yet deleted.

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- , we continue to have this problem. Everywhen we delete a user its Name and Foto remains still visible in the pages where he collaborated. Is it somehow possible to "anonymize" this deleted users?
