How do I make a Jira link open in a separate tab/window?

When using the JIRA Issue/filter macro to display jira issues on a Confluence page, how to, when user selects the Jira issue link, open the Jira issue in a new tab/window?

I know of the "How to force links to open in a new window" documentation, but will that work on Jira issue links too? 

I really don't want to change all links, just the link from Confluence for Jira issues.  Any options for this?
