Hi, 

My manager approve my access to Confluence and Jira and I am able to see Infosec pages but not InfosecWiki pages. 

An example is this restricted page that keeps returning an error- "You have stumbled on a restricted space."

How and who do I ask to get access to this wiki?

I already asked IT Help.

I'm afraid we can't help you.  We know less about any given Atlassian system than you do!  We're a community of people here to talk about and try to help with Atlassian stuff, but you need to talk to your space owners or system admins about your access, and we can't know who they might be.

You should ask other people who are using the site, the people who asked you to use it (your manager?), and, I'm afraid, the IT support within your organisation.
