How do I enable the mobile plugins and notification plugins in my OnDemand instance?

If they're free, they're enabled, if they're paid, go to your OnDemand account and buy them. If they're not on the list of supported plugins, then you can't.

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy

They are listed in the System Plug-ins but the are disabled. I can't find any option or way to enable them. From what I can find online, both sets of features should be available in OnDemand now.
