How do I edit Confluence?

Deleted user June 22, 2018

I have been given access to Confluence and editing permissions, but for some reason am still not able to edit any pages. I do not see the create button or anywhere to edit existing pages. My system admin has added me to group that can edit but I am still seeing the red lock icon next to their name where it says "Created by first and last name, last modified on..."

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

@[deleted]Please verify  whether or not the page is  restricted from  editing, if it is  then  you  need  to  be added under restriction.  see documentation  about page restrictions

Red Locks indicate the page is secured.  The Author of that page may need to grant you access or the system admin will need to go into that page and change the security settings to allow you access to edit.
