How do I configure the format of team calendar email notifications.

Would like to configure the notification to that they are plain text and easier to read.

Hi Lee,

The Team Calendar notifications work with the Confluence instance's email system. If you are using the Server version of Confluence, a developer can change the format, as described in Customizing Email Templates.

If you are using Confluence hosted at a URL that ends with "atlassian.net" then we don't have a way to change the email templates.

We have a feature request open for both Cloud:

Option to Send Plain Text Emails Instead of HTML

and Server:

Option to Send Plain Text Emails Instead of HTML

Please vote or comment on the one that is relevant to your case in order to be added to notifications for the feature.

I am curious whether this is an issue with automatic screen readers used for accessibility purposes, as that was the original use case for the feature request.

Hi Ann,

Thanks for the response.  I found the Customizing Email Templates post and saw that it was not supported and determined it was not a good solution. 

Oh well.  Thanks anyhow.
