How do I add a decision date field to the decisions template in confluence?

Hi,

I need to add a field to the decisions template in confluence.  The field I need to add is decision date (the date the decision was made).  I also want to add that field to the decision log summary view so that I can sort on it.  The use case is my manager wants to review all decisions made over a certain time period.

Suzanne,

You can edit the templates that are included with Confluence as well as create your own. See Blueprints and User Created Templates for more details.

The point of the current Decision Template is to work on a decision together, and the template already has the due date listed.

If you are planning on making the decision pages after all the work is done, you could change the due date to the decision date and continue to use the date picker as it is there now.
