How can we fix the issue in Confluence for extracted Pages to PDF is distorted.

The PDF I download after exporting a page appears to be in an incorrect format. It does not adhere to the formatting I've implemented on the page. Essentially, the format I've set up on the page is not reflected in the extracted PDF file, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome.

How can we fix this?

The format I require can be seen in screenshot #1, what I got in PDF form is different, check screenshot #2

Hi @Steve P

If exporting PDFs is an inherent part of your workflow and you need customization options, you may need to look around in the marketplace.

Although I don't need PDFs anymore, I always achieved much better results with Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t out of the box than with Confluence native PDF export.

I suggest that you give it a try (there's a free trial period, of course) and if it works for you, it may be worth the investment.

Do you mean if exporting PDF is indeed an inherent part of the plan in Confluence? Customizing the PDF is not part of my workflow as of now. My main purpose is just to export the copies of each page that I create so they are stored as a back up wether PDF or Word document.

If I dont get around much with the innate PDF exporter with Confluence then I may take a look into the Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t

Thanks @Kristian Klima for pointing me to the right direction.
