I need to make a page visible to a large group of people, however some of them can view it as is and some of them can't. They're all our internal sales people, so I'm trying to determine what groups the individual viewers are assigned to so I can see the differences in those who can see the page and those who can't.

If you have admin access to Confluence you should be able to use administration User Management menu, search each user and see what groups they are assigned to.
