How can I uncheck automatically Notify to Followers check in Edit mode?

How can I automatically uncheck the Notify followers check every time I create a new Confluence page? Every time I need to create a new page, I must manually uncheck the first time I save the page, so that from that moment, every other time I return to the same page edit mode, it remains unchecked.
