How can I sign up for HipChat when I already have a Cloud account?

When I try to sign up for HipChat, it tells me that there is already an account with my email address. My email address is used for my Crowd account, but the password for that account doesn't work for HipChat.

Hi Matt, 

HipChat and Crowd don't communicate between them yet. This means, that you might have already created a HC account. What happens if you try to reset your password when trying to login (https://www.hipchat.com/sign_in - 'Forgot Your Password?') ? Have you tried that? If so, and it still fails, please raise a ticket with HC Support team at support@hipchat.com. They will be able to help you out on this matter.
