I had installed the Confluence Cloud app on my phone. But as I wanted to sign in, it either kept showing me a loading screen indefinitely or I couldn't click on continue after selected which profile to sign in with.
I use my Atlassian ID to login to the Confluence Cloud. I just tried logging in and am able to without issues.
Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection on your phone.
2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Confluence Cloud app on your phone.
3. Clear the app cache and data by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > Confluence Cloud > Storage > Clear cache/clear data.
4. If the issue persists, try restarting your phone and attempting to sign in again.
5. You can also try signing in through a web browser on your phone to see if that works.
