How can I grant the customer access to the documentation in Confluence if he is not registered?

Good afternoon!

Please advise how to get out of the following situation. We have documentation on the project in Confluence. Our team has access and we pay for them. The customer does not have such access. How can I give the customer access to the documentation in Confluence for viewing and commenting on it?

We have to enable public access for confluence and allow them to view/comment. Please go through the KB link which has the steps to setup same https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/

To add to above, after enabling public access you can go to that particular space permissions and enable the relevant access. In your case view and comment like thisconf.png

There are four ways a human can get to see a Confluence page:

  1. They have a Confluence account with permission to see the space
  2. They are a Jira Service Management Customer and the page is in a knowledge base for the portals they have access to
  3. You enable anonymous access to the space the page is in
  4. You use a "public link" to the page for them
