How can I get a report for external shares link and public pages for Security purposes?

Welcome to community @Samina Mojadad 

There is no feature that can generate the reports,however you can check for the Anonymous access within the Space permissons and the permissions that those users have when they access your page.

As for the public links,you can check their status in Space Permissions -> Public Links where you even have the option to turn them off.
