Answered you on our direct support channel, but will do the same here
On server there is a way to search by macroName: right in the Confluence search - Confluence Search Syntax | Confluence Data Center 8.8 | Atlassian Documentation
Sadly, not possible on cloud
However, I have found that you can use the REST API call to do that
This is to find pages that have a "confiform
" macro (which is essentially a ConfiForms Form Definition macro aka ConfiForms form)
Alex
Sorry, I don't really. Have you looked at the documentation -> https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Documentation

Hi @Kristján Geir Mathiesen thanks for that link. In there I found this statement.
Make sure you have search index is in-sync and is up to date. See more Content Index Administration."
I tried searching for "confiforms" in confluence and got nothing returned, but I'm not sure that search should even work. Any other ideas?

Sorry that didn't work. I'd contact the vendor directly. They should have support channels in the Marketplace listing.
