How Can I Change a Page into a Space

I need to change multiple Pages that should have been created as Spaces. How can I do this?

Katherine,

You can make a page as the Home Page of a space but can't make a page a space.

To create a space, you'd have to be a confluence admin or have permission to create spaces.

Do you've either of the two?

Only way to do this is to create new space and move relevant pages under it
