Hi @Samuel Charpentier

Are you trying to connect JSM to Confluence cloud? If yes and you want to use it as a KB, then there is another way to do it, and not via application tunnel.

Hi,

Yes, what else can be done?

Hello @Samuel Charpentier ,

Are both of your applications on Cloud?

Can you try following the steps as outlined in the KB below?

Regards.

Hello,

No Jira is a server instance, but Confluence is on the Cloud.

Thank you
