Hide Delete only to specific user in confiform edit control

There are 2 users. (A and B ) I want person A have option for edit only and person B have Edit and delete both. Currently it is showing both Edit and delete or just edit to all users

This field cannot be configured partially. Meaning that you can either enable/show it for user as a whole or hide it (cannot show one part of the field while hiding the another, conditionally)
