Has anyone had issues with the multi page journey not recognizing one of the steps?

I have a multi step journey and it will not recognize step 5. There is no difference with this page as any of the other pages through out the journey. It will continue to go to the step before it without going to that page. I will also go to the other pages following that step it is just that one page. I have also tried to create other multi step journeys and it will do this with one step in those ones as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

@Brigid O’Fallon I found this page about the Customer Journey Mapping template and this guide to using it, but I don't see anything about troubleshooting the process.

Hi @Brigid O’Fallon is a multi step journey created through some marketplace add-on? I'm not familiar with that term for any of the built-in Confluence functionality or macros. If it is from an add-on you might have better luck finding an answer by contacting the add-on vendor directly.
