Giffly, Confluence Plugin Issue

Dear, I have an issue with the Confluence PllugIn for Giffly. Anytime I want to access the license it doesn't work and thereofore I have no access to the tool. I use Confluence cloud and the trial for GIffly already expired. Thanks for helping. Moritz

Check your management account for the licence - Cloud doesn't do direct licencing of addons, you just need to make sure you have paid for it in your account, and it will flow into your Confluence automatically.
