If you’re wanting to get started with a slack app which integrations with an Atlassian application then we would suggest reviewing the Slack app guides. Further information on these guides may be found at Starting with Slack apps. Once you’ve started with your app and you’re ready for the Confluence REST API we would suggest reviewing the following; Confluence Cloud REST API and Security for other integrations.
