French accents randomly, intermittently are Jibberish.

We do have French selected.

If we are into edit mode; everything is correct. the problem does not exist.

But as soon as we save the problem returns.

Happens randomly. 

Rebooting doesn't help.

And the problem eventulally self-corrects. But at some point inevitably returns.

Any ideas, thank you.

Hi @Daniel Blanchard welcome to the community.  Do you happen to have some screenshots of the behavior that you could share? Your issue looks very similar to CONFCLOUD-72213.

In your case, it seems very sporadic.  Have you happened to try it on another browser, or have another user try it?

If you can find some sort of pattern to get it to happen, like every time you save your page, they initially display incorrectly, I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support, or click the link above.  I did some brief testing on my machine, and couldn't replicate it, but I'm not setup for French in my browser.
