Hello, I'm trying to use Qbyte which is the online version and online info says the application works best with Edge or Chrome and neither are working for me. Tried using Firefox and I'm able to get into the application but there are still some features I should be able to click but it seems to be freezing and not doing anything and then I have to hard close to even get out of the screen. Hoping to talk to customer/technical support but I'm not having luck there either. Please help me! Thanks, Sara
