Fix needed for connection issue (Error Code:500) with python script

Question

Error Code:500 seems to appear often, of late, when python scripts are run to access Jira data. The same scripts have been running ok in the past, whereas Code 500 seems to be new. And it sometimes gets resolved by itself and the script runs fine again.

I am seeing the same issue being repeated right now, for over an hour now.

Will need a fix.

I am assuming that your script is hitting the JSM API.  Did you check the documentation to ensure that nothing has changed with the call that you are making?  Have you tried simplifying the call to ensure that something in the call is not incorrect?
