I have seen the extract-link macro in some code examples for Confluence. Where can I find this macro?

It is part of the Run Plugin, but only available in the latest 2.2.0 snapshot. That is why it is not externally documented yet. See How to do SQL database operations on lists of data for instance.

Thanks again Bob. I was running version 2.1.0.

The 2.2.0-SNAPSHOT got left behind in the site migration - I added it back into the Downloads page.
