Hi,
I would like to ask your help with the following:
We have a space which contains ~ 1400 pages that mentions FHIR.
We need to find and replace those "FHIR" strings to "FHIR®".
How do we do that in an efficient way? We know that there is an option to find and replace a word in a page, but what's the solution for a whole space?
Thanks,
Tamar
Hi @Tamar Kaplan
Welcome to the community!
At the moment there is no way to do a global search and replace in Confluence Cloud.
There was a ticket with Atlassian to implement this, but they said that it's not on their roadmap at the moment : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-2522
If you have ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud you can find and replace text across your entire space with one click.
There's a script you can copy and paste into the Script Console and run. It is available here: https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/find-and-replace-text-across-space
Hope it will help you!

Hello Tamar and good morning!
Another possibility to achieve this is by using third-party macros.
I've used this function within Copy Page Tree before, but there are multiple in the Atlassian Marketplace; perhaps one could also be helpful?
All the best!
Rodrigo

Feels like this should be a standard feature. It's not even available for Premium plan :(
