Fillable word doc import to confluence with drop downs

Hi there, 

I have a Word Doc that has Combo Box's which have a carousel drop down and check boxes. When I make it a Confluence page it losses the functionality of being fillable. Does anyone know how to import a Word Doc make it a Confluence page and keep all the functionality?

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you! I understand you want to import a Word document with advanced formatting.

Confluence does its best to match the Word document format using the Confluence editor's markup capabilities. Any advanced formatting where there is no equivalent, such as the combo boxes, will not convert.

There may be a workaround using one of the available add-ons from Atlassian Marketplace. I recommend you start with the examples below.
