I'm using Confluence Data Center 7.16. I want to invite a few people to Confluence and let them see only a few pages in two or three spaces. They shouldn't have access to the rest of the spaces (and their pages too).

The only way to do so that I know is to directly go to the every page and set restrictions for that new group used for invited people. Instead of this, is there is a way to achieve this fast, especially if I have a lot of pages?

Hi @xd ,

Welcome to the community.

You can create a parent page and move all the restricted pages under them.
Add the required group to the Page permission on the parent page. All child pages will inherit the permissions from parent page.

This will solve adding group to all pages one-by-one.
